Market Update

The Real Estate market has seen a tremendous change in the last twelve months. With that change has come challenges and opportunities. There are properties on the market that are priced at a fraction of their previous values. There are farms that were sold for development that are now being purchased for farms and long term investment. Good farm land in Oregon continues to appreciate and with the more favorable commodity prices in agriculture these farms still appear to be a good buy. Residential property prices have corrected and buyers with good credit have a great opportunity to make a good buy. Don't wait and try to guess the bottom.
